I have an 05 Fabia VRS with a standard factory fit radio. The problem is that when I turn the ignition off and remove the key, the radio stays on. Does anyone know how to fix this please?

No idea, doesn't look like it.

Fuses. Ither that or the wires haven't been switched back from an aftermarket

There is an option to allow or disallow this on the stereo. Have a look in the manual.
