Evening guys,

I am having some trouble with both the local Skoda dealer and TPS branch trying to get a replacement support clip for our '53 Octavia TDi. I have taken a couple of pictures of the part to show what it looks like and also have a print out of the ETKA illustration which indicates it as item 51 (part number 1J2 858 219) - the trouble is the new part looks nothing like the old one (can someone tell me how to load pictures & files by the way).

The existing clip fits onto what appears to be a slot in a plastic bracket which is part of the throttle pedal & TPS kindly want to sell me a complete new pedal assembly which is not necessary as far as I am concerned.

Anyway, when I can load up the pictures I am sure it will be clear what I am on about.
