Can someone please post a pic of the Fabia Mk1, showing where the bushes are?

I've just had an MOT advisory whereby the O/S bushes have deteriorated but not to the extent that results in a fail. Would like to just get the car on axle stands and give the bushes a quick visual check for myself. Haynes manual is about as much use as a chocolate teapot and doesn't seem to show pictures of what the bushes are or where they are located.

I don't have masses of tools, so I'm guessing replacement will be a garage job?

The original's are s h I t e and it's more than likely they've failed the mot.
