ive got an 06 plate vrs mate same shape as silver one in your pic, im using my calipers that come on the car 288 set up just upgrading the carriers, discs and pads as been told can do this using the orginal calipers?

The calipers are incompatible

Standard Fabia vRS calipers are Lucas, You'll need ATE calipers!

from what ive read on the forum i think u have to change the calipers and carriers but dont hold me to that,

^^^^^^ Correct

If the front discs on the fabia are 288mm then you will only need pad carriers and 312mm discs because they use the same callipers and pads on both setups.

No they dont, Fabia has Lucas brakes not ATE, it's all in the guide on here.
