Have you had the linkage apart to clean the arm pivots where they pass through the bearings?

Had this issue and its commom due to the location of the parts allowing the weather in .My motor was replaced in the end to solve it .

Hi and thanks for your help in this ,have ordered a new motor and linkage weather permitting will attempt to install tomorrow, will keep forum informed....

The park sensor is part of the motor, so a new motor should fix it.
