2005 Fabia Vrs In White

Featured Replies

I really really do not want to sell, but am in the process of buying a house and any extra for the deposit is a bonus. We all know this is the colour skoda should have made the mk1 in but didnt. Chance to own one of only three that i know off genuine vrs's in white. and none in this colour Ford frozen white, truely unique car.

Let me give you abit of background on me, I am a Engineer by trade at the moment, but i am a Fully qualified VW tech, im ultra fussy about my cars, and am a self confessed skodaholic a brisky member for 8years, have owned around 8 octy mk1's and this was my first Fabia. The build thread for the car is here

http://briskoda.net/forums/topic/192728-project-marmite-love-it-or-hate-it-respray-page-6/

please have a read through as it details many of the changes to the car.

The car Has currently done 138k Miles, but do not let this put you off, the previous owner just used it for the commute, and it was well serviced by the previous owner, i carry out all the work myself, i keep track of when i service her, and did the cambelt and waterpump earlier this year, as well as replacing the aux belt + tensioner, plus all removed bolts were renewed aswell, something skoda dealers dont often do. All the brakes are as new all round, has got the cupra console bushes, and coilovers less then a year old, ill give a spec list below.

The car has all the options everyone wants with the xenons and cruise control.

the possible only downside for the new buyer would be its a two seater, no rear seats or belts, have the original belts but no seats to go back in.

The car recently won best skoda on the sunday at GTI international. The bodywork is virtually immaculate just having the recent outside respray the are some dents in the roof that have appeared dont know from where but you cant really see them as the white is so bright. And ive just returned from driving to Spain in her, what a cracker she was never missed a beat 3300miles averaged 52mpg.

Was last serviced just before i went away at 133k in june, and the cambelt was done at 129 in march. The turbo was replaced by the previous owner and has done just over 40k clutch was done at the same time, i took the inlet pipe off the other week got my mirror and torch out and checked the blades and for any damage and play and it was like new, no play whatsoever. The car literally needs nothing, the MOT was done a few months back no advisorys, only a couple of months tax left though, end oct i think. air con was regassed three weeks ago ice cold.

she currently wearing her 15" white steelies with virutally new tyres all round, or for a extra fee will include my white pro race 3s which are brand spankers done 200miles with parada tyres. anyway some pics and spec

Good to Know Gerry, was actually quite impressed with the prius been in a couple as taxis, still something very unnerving about it when it just on the batterys and only makes the slight whine lol
