Thanks for that, howeever I,ve seen some that are a simple piece of bent bar, chromed etc with 2 x ferrules to fit on/over the stalks, say 'em some time age in a Merc Vito executive mini bus - suppose i should visit my local merc dealership and ask, as I think if would not fit it would be a simple task to adjust the shape etc

Some on eBay m8

Obviously used the wrong search string. found some!

Got mine on ebay with a collection of plastic bits for sliding the head rest mounting poles through - but ended up needing to buy a 14mm drill to drill the holes out a little more.

Here's another link to Skoda acessories - unfortunately it is in Finnish and for Superb - but still shows that the bent bar hanger is available at Skoda - hope your dealer can assist you

In my Audi I had ones from a VW Sharan mark 1 as I used to travel a lot in a suit and needed to hang it. So try VW.

Just a note of caution: they fitted around the headrest posts of my Audi but they do not fit around the posts of the Golf V5... So make sure they fit before you buy.

And here is a picture of them installed:

I use a good quality Beech-Wood coathanger (with rubber inset in the cross bar) hung on the grab handle behind the driver. It's angled so that I can see over my right shoulder if I need to, works in every car I have had.

Why get techy when there is always a simple answer - and it will fit any car.

I bought the Official Skoda one works a treat.

Possibly the ultimate seat coat hanger?

I usually keep my trou... Oh never mind.

Has anyone else noticed the car shown in the that SEAT advert is actually a Skoda Superb?

I can't understand in the advert "this item requires fitting by a dealer"

Looks exactly the same as the one I bought from my local dealer. Just remove the headrest decide which spacers to use and refit the headrest simple as that.

Was about to say the same thing, till I saw your post James.

Looks a better way of hanging and looking after my jacket than using that little hook also seen on the ad on the B post of the Skoda Superb.

Having seen these, I splashed out and bought one. I want my jackets to retain their shape.....

Here are some photos of my old jacket that has lost sits shape....

And these are the inside of Elsie the Helipad and not a Superb or a Seatemoticon-0136-giggle.gif

Edit: I'll try and reduce the size and orientation..........Done

Looks very nice, and obviously keeps your jacket nice and tidy, BUT... boy does it obscure the 'quick glance' over your right shoulder, with my 'Good quality beechwood hanger with rubber inset cross-bar' I turn the coat at a slight angle so that I can see clearly out of the rear off-side window if needed - Motorcyclists call this glance 'The Lifesaver' !!

Got exactly the same fitted to my SM never had a problem with it obscuring my view. A lot better than using the hook on the 'b' pillar plus you don't have the problem of the hoop in your jacket eventually breaking.

If only I ever needed to wear a jacket these days
