YS11 DPU - Do you know this Fabia VRS?

Featured Replies

Wheels, mats, elec rear windows and storage boxes. No need for other stuff - got portable sat nav, find the AC to be perfect so no need for climate or a sunroof :)

Cool... Significantly less than 15140, or little less :'(

The main thing is that you were happy with the deal!?

Regardless of what other people have paid, you posted before you thought it was a fair price...

Just enjoy it

Sounds like a good deal to me! Sibling as your happy with it who cares eh?

There is always someone who will get a better deal and to be fair you probably could have if you had bought new without the extra's and waited six months for delivery. I think for what you have you've done alright, you have in effect a car with a months worth of miles a list of extra's as long as your arm and no wait. Ignore the keyboard warriors on forums, half of them talk a load off twaddle anyway. If you are happy thats all that counts

Can't remember my exact figure but it was there, or there abouts for mine brand new and everythings listed in the signature Think you got an alright deal mate!

My Monte was going to be around £12700 before I started to add the extras. All in it was about £13700 so the extras bump the price up loads. When you price them up on the VRS you find you'll see the deal gets better. How many people would be prepared to wait 6 months to get the car?? Also, I'm literally afraid to drive my Monte in case anything happens to it or I get it dirty. At least with 1000 miles on the clock you'll have the odd mark on it so you won't be afraid to use it!

I've had the Monte 4 days and it's done 51 miles. That's awfull considering it had 9 miles on the clock on collection and the drive back from the dealers was 30 miles. I was just thinking of letting the wife have it for a drive. It'll soon look used in her possession for an hour or so!!!

Well done & congratulations...I think the deal was OK & you got some great options...the heated seats are awesome (best I've ever used!)and electric rear windows are nice...if ever the wife does get up the duff! :-)

The deal you got looks as good as I got on mine with a load of options, other than yours had 1,100 miles on it.

Sounds great to me and you had no wait !

Just enjoy the car.

To be honest over 15k for a second-hand fab vRS seems a little steep to me as I paid 14,300 for mine brand new with similar spec. Having said that mine was with the full 20%-off VAT deal so I don't know how that compares to now?

Nice looking car, I'd love to see what it looked like with a black grille mod and Monte lights. It would almost be an all black edition, very cool in my mind.

Well not VRS or monte we went for full specc elegance 1.6crtdi 105 in black magic pearl, £13750 with the 20% discount although not as fast or as over the top like a monte, 70mpg though ;)

i bet if you look hard enough youll find the poor souls who paid full price when it first came out, the've never complained when we got it vat free and i doubt you will either once you own it

whatever you pay, only youll know if it was worth it.

youll always find somebody who paid less than you for anything you buy, from a toothpick to a house
