I purchased a set of 17" S3 Avus alloys the other day for my fabia vrs se, and are currently in primer as i dont know wether to have them white, silver or a light gunmetal colour.

BUT on the weekend ill also have some polished TT comps which i really like.

I also like the look of the avus alloy on the fabia SO which wheels suit the car best?? Im totally on the fence at the moment about which will suit the car best?

Would like your opinions too, and maybe pics. I know rossey has bronze avus on his, but i fancy something lighter and im sure white avus's hasn't been done on an se.

No one got any experience of these wheels, with my colour car, or wheel colour opinions?

Yeah ive seen your thread mate, they do look good in bronze. I like to be a bit different, and dont wana be accused of copying. (not saying you would) its good to be individual!

Gives me a good idea of what they would look like, even though they arent avus wheels are they? Similar though. Mite just sell the avus and keep the comps

Got my S3 avus alloys (ones in the for sale section) painted this weekend in ford frozen white with black details. They look REALLY good and now its thrown a spanner in the works because as much as i like the comps these look amazing! When i get my carbon wrap i was going to make the inserts on the spokes carbon. Will have to wait till the weekend to try them on the car, really dont know which ones to keep :'(
