Hi

I have a 2011 vRS and when I look at the dials the rev counter looks like it is not straight. The bit which says 10/1000 does not level to me.

Can people look at their Octavia's rev counter,s to see if theirs are the same before I mention it to the dealer.

cannot tell from this angle you have to be looking straight at it while sitting in the vehicle. Any chance of a photo looking straight at it.

Mine is the same. Both rev counter & speedo very slightly angled out. Looks like they're done to match each other.

It's VERY slight and I doubt anyone else would notice.

Bothered me for about 2 weeks. Hadn't thought about it since!

Looking closely at Fubar's pic, his is the same as mine (except the lower revs on his diesel rev counter).

So JR RS's is the same too. Very slight slant out of both.

Nice to know that this is normal. Matt, should put an end to your concerns!

My 08 Scout is the same, sit behind the wheel and the dash pod looks just slightly off line. Design fault maybe?
