Bloody uninsured drivers, they need locking up

You should of taken his knee caps and suckled on his blood as you smash his face in to his illegal tax disc! Through the windscreen ofcourse.

They should have their car taken, sold to webuyanycar and the proceeds given to the person whose car they have damaged.

:'( And it's the best colour  .

Had a similar thing happen to me, my son (22 at the time) drove my car into a concrete post, and fair play he paid for a brand new VRS bumper and to get it painted etc.

4 days after getting it back from the body shop some wa**ker in my local Tesco reversed out of the gap next to me and scrapped all down the fresh new bumper and wing :@ :@ :punch:

:( Not good.

I take it you reported him to the police ......and in surance or not if it was their fault they are still liable for the damage

Did you call the police? I assume it was them who said he was uninsured?

If you report them to the police for no insurance then that mean their car is un taxed, so if it is on a ppublic road then they can have their car clamped which is a release fee of £250. If you are not going to benefit then you might as well damage their bank account.

Sorry to hear about that,

Uninsured oiks are dangerious morons and should be taken off the road. :@

From your pictures in the past you could see you take a pride in your car, It does look in tip top condition.

Hope you get it sorted to your satisfaction lloyd

Looks easy enough to fix? Where abouts are you?

Mate really feel for you.

I had this a few year ago in the Lidl in fishponds. Not my finest hour and it was nothing lol, in end it all polished out and all it was was plastic ruboff from her car. But I went mental and had to walk away while I vented my anger on a brick wall and post and kicked f*** out of it.

Hope its sorted soon. Do all you can to screw him over too. Scum! Its pricks like that who make the rest of us pay more on insurance.

******s

Billy

Sorry to hear this buddy.

As others have said scum bags....

It seems that us law abiding folks are the ones paying out because these idiots get away with it.

With a car in tip top condition like yours makes you angry not just at the moron who did it but angry as you have dented the condition of your car.

I really hate these scum who drive uninsured :@

Got no insurance, got no consideration for other road users, who drive around without a care in the world, who don't even M.S.M. :swear:

Why do they do it? :wall:

NO insurance...DON'T drive...

BUY insurance...DRIVE...simple

The same goes the drivers without licences and road tax dodgers.GET OFF THE ROAD!(and out of my way!)

I really feel for you, doesn't matter how big or small the damage...it's the principle.

Good luck with the outcome.Hope you sort it without getting too angry and bitter over it.

Cheers guys, there a top bodyshop near me, but its funds :'( they arnt cheap but they assure i'll never know its been done.

It just seems it may have to wait for now, im of to the police station later, no doubt they wont do much tho

Like you guys say...... Its the point of it :S

If the car was insured but being driven by the policy holders friend who wasn't on the policy then they still have to honour it. PM me the car reg etc bud and I'll do some investigating for ya fella.

I'm sure that is an ideal smart repair candidate. You're lucky. Some ****** dented my car just behind the fuel cap whilst it was parked, didn't stop, and it's in a position where it can't be pushed/pulled out, on the flank where it sticks out like a sore thumb. I know it was the horsebox tower up the road but can't prove it.
