Well I picked the green beast up this morning.

Whilst the paperwork was getting sorted I went to the parts Dept. and got myself some front and rear mud flaps, when I asked if they could be fitted before I took the car I was told of course but you will have to pay labour!.. sod that its a 10 minute job and should be part of the customer service of buying a new flipping car! So that got things off on the wrong foot and had me feeling a little under valued.

I sat down to just run through what I owed for the car and then was told my side strips were £75.00... of course I was a little surprised as was sure they were £30ish... again fitting charge was applied so I put a right old face on and said I expected at least these little jobs to be included in the price. My disgruntled face managed to get the price down to £50.00 so agreed that was acceptable.

That was all the formalities out of the way and the hard part of paying for it. Out to have the hand over and be on my way.. that at least went well and I am now a proud owner of the car below:

Let me know what you lot think, I know Wibb will approve of my choice.

Thanks mate.. I like all the other colour combo's but have to say I think the green is bold and different.

Fabulous photos, the estate version looks great in green. I 'went with the crowd' and ordered a white one. I'm tempted to change my mind....

Looks great! Maybe i'll see you zooming around locally, hard to miss!

Remember to take the dealer stickers off (if you want to of course).

Looks fantastic. Green makes you stand out. Not one of these horrible dull grey, silver or dark blue colours!

So clean and so sparkly. Only 9 miles too :p

What a nice looking vRS estate B) rallye green looks fantastic on the estate :p
