What does this button do "SET "!")

Featured Replies

There is a button below the dual climate control area which has "SET "!" written on it and I have no idea what it does. Any ideas? Looked in the manual (albeit skim read it) and could find no reference to it. Ta in advance!

Holding it for a few seconds will reset the tyre pressure monitoring, confirmed by it making a bong sound. :)

You should reset this after adjusting tyre pressures, get new tyres fitted or switch wheels.

Sets the tyre pressure warning thingy to your current tyre pressures. If you've reduced the pressure or fitted other size wheels, you'll find after a few miles that the warning buzzer goes off! To avoid this, once you start off after changing something, press "Set" until you hear a 'bing' - and that's it. All done.

It's on page 220 of the manual.
