Serious get them changed PY 21 I think error free ones £15 or so for a pair

from what I understand, its basically weight saving (no idea how much) I would assume it would make it a little more tail happy too....

Isn't it bad enough in the tight fast corners already?

the loss is 24 kilos and it makes it a tiny bit tailhappier.

The vRS ain't tailhappy by default and it takes more then that to make it "right".

Any change with the balance or driving feel after removing the ballasts?

yeah its weight saving. im going to a 1/4mile strip on sunday. took the rear seats out too.

as for the balance of the car it is a tad more tail happy but the car tended to understreer anyway. cant notice the difference unless your really booting it so on the road makes no difference iv found so far.
