Rear doors speaker grill removal

Featured Replies

Mr Pillocko here

Carried some shiny stuff across the rear seats recently, forgot the blanket to swathe em in , result, a small dent in the speaker grill/fret (perforated metal one) now need to get the said grill/fret out!

Any suggestions, will the whole panel need to come off??, will the metal grill come off separately? how do I do it, have restored similar pieces off B&O speakers ie the frets!

All suggestions welcomed!

Cracked it, the grill is plastic, and with a jewellers fine screwdriver I've managed to tease the grill back out - as my old man would say, a blind man 'ud give something to see it!!

Good to hear you're sorted.

I have a copy of ELSAWIN at home and would have offered to find the details of how the job is done but seems like I don't need to.
