TBH £760 is quite reasonable and the work theyve done also looks top class!!! But its still a lot of cash to pay out!

Anyone know where they get the coveres in from? IIRC they buy in from abroad thats why they have to be ordered and just fit them up. I did have one of the bags the covers come in when I bought some old covers for the estate but cant remember what was on it.

Not sure where the covers come from, but they do a great job and can't see anybody being unhappy with them, mine are the same as the pic above with green stitching that matches the vrs logo.

This is what i'm getting, but charcoal grey leather and black stitching!!

They have their own manufacturing facility in China IIRC - but it doesn't take long to get them made and shipped.

When I ordered mine I arranged the fitting a couple of weeks later. In that time they had got them made and shipped, and had even rejected one of the seat bases because the stitching wasn't quite right and had a replacement sent over.

Exactly! You shouldnt put a 5dr interior in a 3dr as the fronts need to tilt - It doesnt matter about putting a 3dr interior in a 5dr. Just you have the extra lever to tilt the seats - if you aint going to use it - it doesnt matter!

Loving this thread. One day its going to be Seat Surgeons for me too. Going for a grey of some sort. Just bought Under Radio Storage Drawer, In Dash Cup Holder, Centre Console Cup Holder to Replace Ashtray, plus net between front seats for maps etc. Also just found, in glove box, after a staggering 14 months of ownership the metal FABIA letters for the rear of car sitting just above the VRS. Wonder why the previous guy left the badge off?

Sorry the price has been set at £760+vat for a few years now.

Price in total is £912.00 including Vat @20%

Maybe a few years ago we could have done for £695+17.5% vat with a total price of £816.63

That is a long time ago before leather costs went through the roof.

They go straight in. The only 2 slight issues are with the rear seats.

You could do with a rear seat belt socket from a polo (the one that bolts in) as they have an offset on them so they fit nicely in to the cutout/recess in the polo seats. The fabia on will still work, just won't look perfect.

Also, the plastic trim to the left and right of the rear seats is a different contour on the fabia as to the polo, so you will have a slight gap when you put polo seats in a fabia.
