Under the customer reviews with this ad someone had their 110 CR rolling road tested, (as ya do!)

'Owned my SE 2.0 CR TDi 2WD Skoda Yeti since last June, racked up nearly 11,000 miles problem free. The Skoda website say's this car is 108bhp 250nm, it's been rolling road tested and actually produces 121bhp, 285nm'

Cheers, Fuzzy

I changed from a 130bhp mark 1 Superb to my yeti 110bhp, and haven't noticed any particular loss of power. Indeed as the Yeti handles much better and takes up less space on the road it is actually a quicker car when in a hurry.

However when I drive my wife's 53 reg 100bhp Fabia estate, it goes even better still, so is that really 100bhp??

Nearly £17.5k for a year and a half old car that's done 42k miles?

Not on your nelly!

Yes ,seems a bit steep to me as well.

I wonder what the trade paid for that, with 42K on it.:wonder:

from the other side of that coin I have been offered 17250 - 17500 for my April 2010 170 elegance with 30000 on the clock by 2 dealers. Make of that what you will.

Even "We-buy-any-car-dot-com" and one other of those online buyers bid me very nearly 17k for the car.

supply and demand with the diesel engines generally is keeping prices up it seems, and then add in the yeti factor. I was told about 8 months back there would be a lack of diesels and that it would work well for me if I was thinking of switching to petrol. Lack of diesels kept the trade in pice up on my Octavia and the easy availability of petrols meant there was no massive wait for a Yeti.

Worked out very well in the end.
