Headlight rubber cap things

Featured Replies

Does anyone know where I can get those rubber caps that go around the lights to stop water getting in?

I was changing some bulbs but forgot to put the cap back on and I have no idea where it is. Probably on a road somewhere crying :(

Need it for the side light!!

See I can't remember if I put it back on or not.

I had a good look inside the engine bay but I couldn't see it at all. Gutted!

I'll give that a bash but do you think the dealers will be able to sort me out with one? With it getting colder I dont want condensation in the lights!

All the underside of the engine bay is covered, try too have a look first so its wheel off then wheel arch cover off, then have a rummage around , the dealer may be able to get them but chances are they're part of the headlight unit !! Failing that just get some duck tape and cover the hole ;)

They are a very generic part to fit most light units...

Maybe give hella a shout direct?

Cheers for that email.

Had a rummage around the engine bay but couldn't see/feel anything. I did however find a loose hose under the battery....

Trip to the dealers to get them to sort that tomorrow....

See what the dealers tell ya. If no joy let me know. I believe I got at least one lying somewhere.

So once I remove the wheel, take out the screws in the wheel arch and pop off the plastic arch bit and they should be there?
