Under sunlight they have a strange green tinge, however its not noticable unless quite close and they are ok from a distance so guess I can live with it and will see what they look like on the car. Pic below shows the tinge. Or is it supposed to be like that.......from the original 2011 badge image it didn't look like it.

Looking at them close up, at arms length and further away, I feel that the perceived 'green tinge' is an optical illusion from the grey shading of the print, which is only perceived when looking at them close up. Arms length or further they look (correctly) a grey shading.

Overall, I'm well happy with the result and they ought to look good once fitted. :yes:

No, once they hit daylight they look crap close or far away. Optical illusion or not they don't match the original image.

They looked ok under a light bulb last night but not daylight. Cant fit these. Perhaps yours are ok, these are not. :(

Got mine today. Thsnks. Fitted the wheel caps which are excellent. Bonnet and boot badge sizes were reversed 88mm Front and 80mm Rear from page 1. You did say check the measurement. Not too bothered as I actualy prefer the badge on the rear to gi on the front.all's well that ends well. Just in case other Octy II members mention it.

Mine have arrived and look spot on. I won't be fitting them until I come to tart up the black alloys I have.

mine arrivde yesterday, vRS centre caps look excellent on wheels. Wont be fitting front badge until grill colour coded but both front and back motorsport badges look perfect. Bugger, forgot that dont need to wit to fit rear one. Doh!

Mine arrived yesterday, will get round to fitting them once alloys have been referbed, and i have sprayed the front grill.

Did anyone use any additional adhesive for any of the badges? Just wondering if they'll withstand a jetwash now and then...

Yeah i took off my rear badge, masking taped around it first so as not to scratch the paint, heated the badges up with a hairdryer to melt the adhesive and used a small screwdriver to prise it off. then cleaned the remaining glue off with meths and just stuck the new badge over the holes. I didnt use any additional adhesive and i always use a pressure washer just dont aim it near the badges!
