sitting at jabbasport

Featured Replies

Just sitting here waiting to have my cupra and arb bushes fitted. I'm assuming I will feel a difference as they are 70,000 miles old and the front end feels so sloppy plus there is play in the steering wheel while driving.

Weren't you tempted to fit bigger ARB? I need my rear bushes replaced on my lower arms 87k worth of use. As you say front feels a little sloppy.

Should feel nice and tight once again up front after you have had them fitted mate!

I didn't know there was a bigger bar? I had the jabbasport arb fitted not long ago which made a big difference but high lighted how sloppy the front is.

Yeah they do a larger front ARB mate I had RARB fitted also and you can feel difference between front and back i have notched mine down 1 setting until i can get a front ARB fitted :)

Dont think the bigger front anti roll bar will mke a difference imo as the fabia one is fairly big anyway

I fitted an eibach front bar, can definitely tell the difference!

On a fabia without a RARB i wouldnt upgrade the front but if there has been a RARB fitted then the front logically needs upgrading to balance it out.

Fit a ibiza cupra r FARB. Believe its 21mm thick opposed to the furbys 19mm.

Also cupra bushes made my front end more planted. Sawing that the old ones fell apart when removed.

Wonder if the Cupra R front ARB has a nice OEM price to it... Or whether they've figured out it can be a "premium" part yet!!! ISTR the VRS front ARB is £60+, so would be nice if the Cupra one was too.

Anyone got a part number? What was the phone number of Sere Motor Group again? :)

Cupra R front ARB are £45 well i can get them for that much with bushes included but they are 20mm and apparently the standard vRS front ARB is 20mm so no benefit.

I thought it was the same as the 6n whoops my bad
