Well, today was an uber-depressing day - the pump, short shifter and EVOMS came off the car today, swiftly followed by the stage 3 map. I did take some comedy value from the drive home though as the gear changes seemed comically l-o-n-g with the standard selector in place.

Seriously, anyone who doesn't have a short shifter fitted needs to buy one, now!

So, the EVOMS and the shifter are ready to go - I'll PM the dibbers separately in a minute.

Everyone who has paid already, I'll hopefully get the items collected this coming Friday

BUGGER. I've asked my Mrs for a short shifter for Christmas and she has already bought it!

Which did you go for Harry? I seem to remember at the time I was looking originally the Audi TT TFSI one gave a similar reduction to the one I bought at a reasonable price.

Don't go overboard with the oil on the filter, and only give the filter housing a quick clean - I seem to remember when I cleaned it the rubber section started getting a little sticky where it started to dissolve!!!

Then get it in the car and enjoy the audio.
