ok guys,,,the noise,,it has me drive daft,,and i dont know what it is,,, its a squeel/squeek type noise ,,a bit like wet rubber noise,,,i happens only untl the engine is very warm,,and happes with a quick jab of the accelerator.. ive checked belts,,tensioners,,,everything...please help,,check out the link and see what u think

I'd take the aux belt off to eliminate anything driven by that, it's difficult to say from the video but it could be the manifold to turbo gasket that has blown or the bolts have come loose.
