£350 from Skoda, TPS/ECP doesn't stock them...

Have a look here?

I doubt you will find a pattern part, but with the power your running, I would stick with OEM in any case. Other option of course is a breakers yard.

I think I have one in the shed, but after breaking my nearside one at Santa Pod (seems to be the one that struggles compared to the longer offside one) I am keeping it for spares. I paid about £75 from a breakers yard from memory.

Are the Ibiza FR TDI, Cupra... Well, all of the 6 speed box variants the same part?

Definitely cupra 6 speed as I have a cupra 6 speed "stubby" driveshaft in my car now :D I broke the fabia one...

Not sure about golf 02M variants as might have "slightly" longer driveshafts if a bit wider track?
