Rallye Green Octavia vRS

Featured Replies

Spotted a green VRS hatch with the black wheels near where i Live (Livingston, Scotland) last week and it was VERY smart.

If I didn't already have an order in for a brand new Focus ST then I would have considered one.

  • Sorry to say but they have a green VRS in the showroom of my local dealership and it looks bad. I can see it being a popular colour on launch but I think people will settle back to the regular colours

The rallye green looks better than pictures show. I will be painting my brothers front grille surround again because he fancies a change from black.

Is it to late to cancel the order :giggle:

That is a lovely looking car, green and black, well it's a shiny green I would have one of them, in fact if the colour still available when I change I will get that!!!

Is there any green on the interior??

Nothing that I could see on mine apart from exposed paintwork around the window frames. I have gone for the black interior with red stitching. Looks nice but if it had been green it would look awesome.

Will post some pics once I collect it on Wednesday and providing it's not raining

Bored of the RS already then Andy?

:p

Na! Will miss the Focus RS but it is proving to be completely unsuited to carrying mini-oobster, need to go back to a 4/5-door and liked the look of the new ST. Might need to do an exhaust swap, induction kit and a remap to make it feel a bit more RS-like though!

Any sign of my old VRS popping up on the forum?

While I love the green, it's wierd. It seems to hate being photographed as colour just doesn't come through on the photo's and it seems to have a strange tendancy to pick up the colours from its surroundings, much more so than other colours I've seen.

Hoping to get some pictures done at the weekend, weather permitting.

Anyone reading this and pondering the green..... While I would love to say don't do it, to keep the exclusivity ...... But I think it's soo much nicer in the flesh, go see one if you can before making up your mind.

When I saw the first one in the metal I have to say I was impressed, but when it came down to it, I bottled - i'm having another white one.

Yes just seen the Rallye Green Saloon in the "flesh" and ordered the tsi in the estate. Didn't want blue, they are all that colour, but this is different and stands out in the crowd.  Tried to post a picture, but too big.

It was in the dealers compound and will go on display December.

I found an estate in this colour on Google images. Also I am sure it was used on some of the last models as a limited run.
