Well its been a few days since I've had chance to do anything my new cts from skoda is ready to put in and just for good measure I'm ordering a new n75. I've been given 2 dumpvalves from a good friend who had them lying around his unit a smallish baileys one and a bit bigger no-named one so I will replace the standard one with one of these and with a bit of look will get rid of this problem once and for all.

I'd steer clear of the Bailey if I was you, they often cause probs.
