Not just upper class BM's and Mercs, My old Civic (2002 model) had 2x Reverse and 2x Rear Fogs

 

I might attempt this one day down the road on my Greenline!

There are European Countries that require both Fog lights to illuminate,

which is why there are Skoda models that can activate both rears when they are fitted.
