Had a few hours to burn tonight. I've never been fond on the carbon wrap look as i thought it was slightly *chavvy*, but for £4 a roll i thought it'd be rude not to try it out. At the end of the day it can always be removed.

To be honest, i'm actually quite fond of it.

Need to get the sodding carpet sorted next. Who ever decided cream carpets were a good idea for a car needs their heads looking at. :wonder:

If your carpets are cream they must be filthy mine are white....ish...

I've been looking at putting 3 gauges in like yours, what gauges are you using and were they difficult to fit?

Has anyone tried lacquering over it to make it look like real carbon fibre? Would take a few layers to get it even but imagine it could be pulled off.

I did think about doing this, I'm going to give it a try tomorrow night and see what happens.

As long as you heat the wrap up, its pretty sticky.

Boost, Oil pressure and air/fuel.

The air/fuel one really isnt needed. I just didnt know that at the time :wonder:

Boost pressure is a doddle to hook up. For the oil pressure you'll need a draft designs oil relocation kit. Costs about £30 and allows the sender unit to be mounted.
