Result!!

I was wrong to be so skeptical concerning the fault on my car. Turns out it was a faulty temperature sensor. The garage has replaced the sensor and I've had no problems since.

Although relieved it was not a serious fault I feel the need to express something

Mine goes in on 21st... been lucky enough to get an extended warrantie, so that will cover it, thank god.
