dragging up an old thread kicking and screaming :)

i was wondering how you have found warranty direct? have you had to claim? would you recommend them?

Ive had a couple of claims with them and they are very very good , they dont try to get out of it , all they want to see with the claim form is proof of last service not the service book itself, it realy does give you that extra piece of mind when the skoda warranty expires.

remember to haggle they will do you a better deal , eg i got full home and international breakdown cover plus a few quid off as well

I opted for a Warranty Direct policy (after my experience with the Fabia :rolleyes:) but luckily not had to claim. I've heard good things about them though and they are very clear about what is/isn't covered :D

I picked independent garages for the quote, but they then rang me back and started shaving money off the price and upgrading the level of cover to Gold cover (ie main dealer repairs) :D
