Yeah, mine does it every now and then - mostly on first start up not second or after. Very odd, fault.

Wiring problem maybe...

Not fixed yet... :(

Mine does this all the time. Maybe I should get mine in and get it seen to. It's actually really annoying and because I've tuned into the noise, I hear it over music/engine noise/ the lot. Highly frustrating.

I'll get it in for warranty stuff again after it's been serviced (20k service... eugh!)

Be interested to hear what they say as its not registering as a fault on the ecu/cpu.

No update from me - anyone else had any luck?

Nope, it's in at the mo, low oil message after 465 miles ! They're going to look into other faults as well !

Anybody got any updates for this?

Mine still does it every now and then - i've decided not to keep taking it back to the dealer as the courtesy cars are slow

They are looking at it when its in for a service but if anyone has solved it and not posted let us know! :D

Its not the same vehicle but i have had the same problem with some of our landrover defenders at work & it was the headlight adjuster motor that was faulty,a new one rectified the fault.

So new headlights?

They have replaced the switch (inside the car) and that did nothing. Both headlights do it so :(

On the landrovers the motor wasnt part of the headlight,i just turned it & pulled it out,i dont know what a fabia headlight is like, you maybe able to remove the motor.

In for its first service tomorrow so I will ask them to take a look!

Bump! :)

Nothing came up on the machine during its service, Skoda won't change the headlights (motors may be at fault) but unless someone cures it or it flashes with a problem nothing will get changed!

Okay, so today I decided to try something out... I put my thumb on the adjuster switch, making sure it was set fully on 0, applied a little bit of pressure with my thumb and low and behold, the lights started going crazy.

I think I may of isolated my problem. Give it a go!

Yep - showed the dealer this too and they replaced the switch, still does it lol :)

I haven't heard mine doing this in months now. After it doing religiously it seems to have just stopped? =/
