Im looking to upgrade all the speakers in my VRS.

Am i right in thinking there is 2 tweeters in the handles in the front doors,

2 main speakers in the front doors,

2 more tweeters in the dear door handles

and then 2 speakers either side of the parcel shelf?

Anyone got any idea of the size of these speakers too?

Speakers in front door are 16,5cm.

Can be replaced by 16,5 or 20cm speakers.

Speakers in the back are 10cm.

Tweeters are standard size.

I've replaced my front speakers with a 20cm composet.

The tweeters in the front are behind the door mirror covers not the handles.

Whatever ya do... Be careful when using the Golf speaker adapter collars.. they can sit slightly to tall and can hold the cone against the door card, and unless nicely sealed can let water through.. But MDF rings go damp and deform with all the moisture... be sure to varnish or some how seal the MDF rings if you go that way... This is what I've found in my experiences, anyway..
