have error code 16686 changed spark plug changed coil checked cylinder pressure still no change any ideas

yes that is correct fabia 2005 1.2 cc

sorry fabia 1.2cc 2005 52000 miles

So it's a 1.2L (or 1200cc)

More than likely an injector over fuelling, you can check this by moving the injector and see if the misfire moves..

Failing that you say you have checked cylinder pressure, I assume you mean a compression test? If that's ok you then need to do a cylinder leakage test, there is a possible issue with worn valve guides leading to odd shaped valve seats.
