drivers door lock

Featured Replies

my drivers side door lock microswitch has chewed up the rubber on the cam (yes, opposite to the usual failure) and all affected functions now failing more often. i bought one off ebay as times are hard but its the one for remote locking models (mine is pov-spec regular central locking). looks similar and given the doors (i really hope) weren't different i can't see a problem? unless its got more or fewer pins...

do you think this is a problem??

part number for remote one is 3B2 837 016 H

part number i think i need is 6X2 837 014 H

cheers

yes they are interchangeable in case this crops up.

the 3B2 837 016 A

can be swapped for 3B2 837 016 H

and all the cables and things swap over too.

thanks,
