no helper springs

Featured Replies

Hey guys got a vrs on jom redlines and i wanna go silly low

The coilovers are allready allthe way down and arches rolled but im still not happy with the stance however i have no way to be under the car with weight on the wheels to check driveshaft/chassis clearance

Will i need a notch if i take my helpers out?

depends how low is low!

Erm mines about where yours is now lee

No helpers is a further 15-20 on the front id guess basically im aiming to get my 18s flush with the arch

As lee says I have no helpers and a notch and run 35 profile 18's and it's the subframe that becomes the problem when lowering,I needed the notch as it was rubbing a bit but I raised my engine too which was going to make the problem worse so I had it notched for clearance.

pics of car as it stands?

Havemt got one since i wound them right down i know subframes the lowest part

dsmith yours the one on white twists?

Yes that's the one Alex, what size wheels/tyres you running and subframe is a problem that you can't do anything about and have to live with it hitting the road unfortunately
