Dual exhaust.

Featured Replies

Hello guys, and girls.

This is my first tread on this forum, and since I`m norwegian, please dont mind all the typos :)

The thing is, I have ordered a new Skoda Superb estate and got confirmation that the production will take place in week 7. And I CANT WAIT to get the car :) But I also cant make up my mind if I am going to "order it" with dual exhaust or not. So if anybody here have some pictures of Skoda`s with that mounted, that would be great?? :)

Please have a look at page 3 at the link below to see what I mean:

Please post all the pictures you find :)

Best regards from Norway :)

Welcome! :)

Have a search for pics of the V6 and the 2.0 TSi Engine'd cars - they are the only comes that come as standard with the twin, twins!

Really? I thought they were only std on the V6?

Going back Through this thread it seems opinions are mixed - and some say it has exhaust on both sides, but only one pipe... but then theres videos on YouTube which look as if it's only got the same as my Diesel! - confused yet? Me too!

you pay about 1200 Euro in Germany upgrade from 160 HP to 200 HP engine. The Dual Twin Exhaust is included. Thats a bargain!

Thank you very much for the replies guys. I have tried to search for it several times, but I cant find what I am really looking for.

So please keep on posting pics if you have any :)

I have to pay about 700 pounds to get it, but if I find out that I really want it, that doesnt matter :);)

Edit: I have bought the 140 TDI. But I guess the dual exhaust will fit that aswell? :)

I finally decided to go for dual exhaust, and sent an e-mail to my Skoda dealer and told me I wanted it, if the price he gave me at 700 pounds was the correct one. But today I got the answer, and it was an answer I didnt want..... The price wasnt 700, but 1800 pounds!!!! Since Skoda didnt sell this in "single", I had to buy a complete V6 exhaust. At that price that is not going to happen :(

Can someone confirm, or something, that the info I received is correct? SuperB-NI?

It is surreal if people buy a Diesel engine for saving money and then upgrade to an expensive dual exhaust which almost comes for free with 2.0 TSI. :giggle:
