Check headlight bulb covers

A cautionary tale for everyone who changes their sidelights.

When driving on a motorway the bulb warning light came on to tell me that AFS (bend lighting) had failed and the lights dropped to the lowest dip setting.

When I stopped I found that one of the bulb covers was missing and road dirt and water had managed to get into the housing.

The car was in the garage for two days getting this fixed. The dealer did fix the fault under warranty though.
