I recently got cut up by 3 different bmw drivers on 3 different occasions all on the same day! They are not all like that though! I had a kn*b in a yellow skoda octavia estate sit on my bumper & try to push me out the way recently,he was driving like a proper kn*b,i moved out the way then he did the same to the car in front of me! It was a good advert for his business that was wrote all over his rear end.....hmmm wont be using you pal! lol.

No problem using a hatched area provided it's safe to do so and it's bordered by a broken white line.

As for the video - I've seen far worse examples of driving and the overtake (legality aside) didn't look particularly bad. Funnily enough I had the pleasure yesterday of following an idiot in a company-signed Octavia who was hanging off the bumper of a rather sensibly driven BMW and swerving impatiently side to side. Went on for about 25 miles.
