As soon as you remove the car from the dyno and restrap it its not as comparable as if its left there because something as simple a s a looser strap can gain 10-15hp.

ill tell you why its 221hp, its because the dyno figures are taken from AMDTechniks rolling road which is famed for its micky mouse crazy figures. Stock cars make over 195Hp on there regularly. Hes off seatcupranet iirc hes selling due to unreliability
