I assume cambelt replacement for a BXE engine would be pretty much the same?

Virgin media has shut down their customer webspace. So I lost my Ntlworld web space that I stored this guide on.

So, we read a lot about cambelt change after four years old, but when do we change it again ?

Every 4 years. I did it all again last year, so my 2007 Roomster is now on its 3rd waterpump and cambelt kit if I include the one the engine was built with.
