Revo or Superchips remap?

Featured Replies

Well I have just put Superchips Blue Fin on my vRS TSi ( I had it on a previous VAG and superchips very kindly allowed me to transfer it for free when I changed cars) and I have to say it has turned it into a bit of a rocket ship. It is almost too much power for day to day driving, so I really wouldnt like to try anything more intense on a vRS.

I can leave it in D (Its a DSG box) and it takes off like a scolded cat and just keeps on surging all the way into triple figures without pausing at all (on a private road obviously). There is simply no lag or feel of waiting for it to get on boost at all anymore.

If I put it in Sport then my front tyres wont last long. It is utterly bonkers. Driving it this afternoon it felt like I was trying to keep a pitbull under control and all it wanted to do was shoot off at every opportunity. I'm sure I'll get used to it fairly soon and it wont feel as quick to me but I really cannot see why anyone would want more power on a daily driver.
