Featured Replies

Does anyone have the part numbers for these mudflaps please

Thanks for the link. I notice there are mudflaps for cars upto 2005 and cars after 2005. Are they similar or is one easier to fit to the vRS.

Thanks

Is that £23 for 2 or a set of 4

Have you got a link bud? Quite like these to and I would using th same dealer that you tried.

Fronts fit straight on the clips are a bit awkward I found. Rears it's either trim bumper or trim flap. I'm going to be trimming the flap when I fit mine as I don't fancy cutting the bumper as if I **** it up it's only £12 quid for new flaps instead of a couple of hundred for a bumper

got mine in and now fitted. i honestly didn't modify the rears much at all, pretty much just forced them into place and fixed the screws in, bit awkward but there on. one side at the rear was more a pain than the other as part of my rear arch liner on the passenger side was missing (i chopped it off a while back due to it catching the wheel) i would have got a new one but now i don't think i want to remove that mudflap again lol

ooops doesn't sound good

Have been in contact with him and some one has recieved my flaps instead of wipers haha. i have to send them back to get my flaps but get a refund aswell as the mud flaps. seemed very sorry and fast to respond so i dont think i can give him bad feed back im not that mean

Fitted mine today and hot water is definitely your friend.

The description on the rears says 'Not suitable for vRS', is this the right part??

<BANG!>

meaaaaaaaoooooowwwwww!

<THUD!>

Fitted mine on friday. trimmed the bumper as stated and slid the bottom on first then gave it a wack with the palm of my hand holding the back of the bumper working my way to the top and fitted very snug didnt even warm them up. out of the 3 torx screws i only replaced the top and middle one and cut the holes abit then had to run a drill through the one underneath to be able to get a nice m8 bolt through. they look the part and not budging after giving them a good tug i was happy.

The description on the rears says 'Not suitable for vRS', are you sure this is the right part??

It says they are not suitable cause it isn't a straight fit. Some modification is required to fit the rears.

Thanks for the sensible answer. :thumbup:
