Pegasus or Zeniths?

Featured Replies

Thinking of changing the alloys on my Ambiente but don,t know which to choose after seeing a Ambiente for sale at my dealers which is the same colour as mine and it has Pegasus 17,s fitted which made me think they look really good on the car but i really want Zeniths 17,s or do i ?

What do you think?

Some pics of car for sale with Pegasus fitted:

Look at the gap in those arches :giggle:

Really need to get rid of these Helios Alloys

Go for the Pegasus, IMO a much nicer looking wheel

Definitely go with the Pegasus, while I prefer the Zenith, I don't think it will suit the car as well.

Another vote for the Pegasus here. They suit the Octy much better than the Zeniths.

I think so too. Easier to keep clean as well

Pegasus!

Pegasus. Although I am biased, As I got em on my Octy Sport.

Zeniths will look out of place of a non-vRS Octavia.

As the Pegasus alloy's were available as a factory/dealer option they'll suit your Ambiente much better...

Zeniths will look out of place of a non-vRS Octavia.

18“ Zeniths look great on my Scout (at least I think so).

Let us know when you're getting rid of the original wheels as I need yet another set for (next) winter.

Thanks for all the replies guys.I must admit the Pegasus alloys do look good on that car.Mine is the same model and colour as that one.

They are the same price as Zeniths on Skoda UK,s website of £146 incl.vat each but thats a big no no.I,ve been looking around for Pegasus alloys but they are like chickens teeth at the moment but i,ll keep looking

@ Jeeves.I will let you know when i find some and want rid of the Helios wheels.

Well after searching hi and low for Pegasus alloys there are none at all anywhere other than new (too expensive) so i have located a nice set of 17" Zeniths in excellent condition which will be coming soon hopefully. Will update when fitted.

Found this pic of Gillywibbles Octavia with Zeniths and looks really good i think.

That one needs respraying race blue and a spoiler adding on the boot...

Needs lowering! shame you couldnt get Pegasus ones, I had them and sports suspension on my last Octy

Pegasus all the way, I had them on a previous Octy (Wish I'd still had that one now after all the car swapping I've messed about with over the past 2 years...)

Another vote for the Pegasus here. They suit the Octy much better than the Zeniths.

WTF............on a non vRS maybe!

I was lucky enough to find a set of Pegasus on DoneDeal (low rent version of Ebay in Ireland) I now have a spare set for my winters and don't have to compromise on looks in the snow.

I have the 16" Proximas and their is someone with 17" Pegasus who wants to exchange because he wants a more comfy ride

Not really into the Pegasus, but!!!

Either look good I think.

Did you pick up that set of 17" Zeniths that were on sale here? Was tempted at those myself, but couldn't justify a third set of wheels :D

Just a quick update.

I have managed to buy a nice set of Zeniths 17,s as pictured:

IMAG0227.jpg

2 need tyres and a touch up in places.

So after this i will get some Poorboys sealant on them and post up the pics when fitted.

Couldn,t find any Pegasus alloys except a set on ebay which were rough and wanted too much money for them so have settled with the Zeniths.

Good choice!
