Hi

I was at the last meeting at the FRB and meet a few of the guys .I made a sugestion that we could have a meet at the new transport museum as i had been there with another car club that i am a member of .I contacted a Stewart Thompson today 0141 287 2696 and if you want to come and park outside the place on the granite concourse you have to arrive 1 hour before it is open to the public ie 10am but you cannot remove your cars untill it closes at 5pm and you require to put drip trays under your cars which they provide .Or you arrive a bit earlier place opens at 11am as it is a busy place and park up in the public car park area for £1 for 4hours and that way you can leave whenever you want Hope this helps whoever is organizing the day .. what date do you plan the meet .

Brian

I am determined to make one of these meets this year! It won't be this one though ... I'll be in Kirkcudbright for a birthday weekend and I won't have my car with me.

Another one cancelled due to lack of interest?

Im hoping to get to this one, fingers crossed :-p
