Only had a short drivr home and well.... Its like a totaly diffrent car in the bends and it feels fantastic, i would say there more comfertable than the stock springs.

Also had a wee rev in a passat cc with the r36 engine when i was up at the vw dealer and its safe to say im in love with it now <3

Nice one. They are SO much better than stock.

The H&R's look a lot better. I'm thinking about getting them at some point or perhaps some eibachs.

Unfortunately we have loads of speed bumps near us so to help me choise between h&r & eibachs, I'd love to know if you find your car scrapes on humps now, especially the front.

Well i live in speed bump centrel so i reckon i can help :)

The bumper wont scrap off speedbumps unless its an illegal large one, however i have had a strange sensation that feels like the tires rubbing the arches but im not 100% certain they are but thats only on the largest speed bumps (the big plastic sectioned ones)

I would highly recommend the h&rs, they make it look like a car and not a 4x4 and they transform the handeling , so i say GO FOR IT :)

Love the look buddy!!!

I've seen a few cars around here with stickers saying be patient I am lowered haha :)

Iv got one but never got round to putting it on got a few others further up the boot lid that are more skoda/vrs related

Lose the sticker but otherwise good job :)

Can't find H&R's listed for the Estate?!

cheers Stu. I'm just trying to get my shopping list sorted atm, but I'm going to hold out another couple of months till my insurance is up for renewal, then plan to join the bandwagon & go for suspension, induction & a remap.

Stu,

You sure about the tyres rubbing ?

I've had 4 up in mine and it's never sniffed the arches ?

Not 100% sure but there is a strange senstion when going over a certain size of speedbumps, il have a look at the tires and arches tomrow to check for marks or get my mate to watch the gap as i drive over one

You could have that creaky rear suspension thing that some VRS guys have mentioned.

Naa its no just a noise its..i dunno how to really explain it other than "a weird sensations" it could just be the suspension compressing alot further than it has in the past

Its not the suspension that creaks - its the boot lid :)

Found it on mine when it was last in the dealers and they cured it :D

Can you share some more please??? What kind of sound were you hearing / What exactly did they fix?

Well, it sounded like a creak from the suspension but after telling them and test driving it they sussed it to be to boot lid creaking and did an adjsutment and sprayed on some waxy stuff on the catch. Not a peep since...
