I Have Just Brought A 1999 Felicia 1.6 And It Has No Stereo In It What Adapter Do I Need To Put A More Modern One In It ?

All you would need is the adapter that comes with a new radio.

My radio has the standard socket so it was a straight swap. (Mutant BT) :)
