Ok, new thread on a how to guide to fix the lumbar support adjustment winder. I read the other one on here, but as per a few comments, no pictures makes it difficult, so, i went to have a look at mine, and took some pictures. I robbed the winder unit from the passenger seat to replace the one in my driver seat.. Where I sit. so heres my guide, its my first, so please be gentle!

also, I couldnt figure out how insert the pictures so, have put the guide together as a PDF document and have attached it. --> Seat support.pdf
