  1. That's good to hear. Don't leave anything plugged into the BCM permanently as there is a technical bulletin saying how it can fry the BCM. I had a tracker for work that plugged permanently into the OBD that fried mu BCM and I couldn't read my virtual dash. Work had to stump up the best part of £800 to sort it out.
  2. I bought one of Ali doo dah, less than a tenner and works perfectly.
  3. Do you have anything permanently plugged into your obd port?
  4. I've got B8 shocks and this brand of lowering springs. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/202755940872?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=qOlj43NPQ0e&sssrc=4429486&ssuid=G9VbmDqPSY2&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY I'm happy with the results (35mm on my saloon though) I usually have a full boot and a full tank and do around 30k a year, it will scrape the bottom of the mudflaps occasionally and the plastic under tray on the odd speed hump that's a dodgy size.
  5. Do you have a matching pair of tyres on the front?
  6. Sounds like something is loose, plus are you sure they have fitted the correct parts for your car? I have the Blistein B12 set up and the car is as tight as a tight man's wallet.
  7. It's handy you posted this re the Carlink one. I don't get error messages but it does drop out sometimes and can be slow to connect but I bought it because it does both android and iPhone. I will give this a wurl tomorrow 👍
  8. I now suffer with some creaking again, it seems to come on in the wet weather and additional crap on the roads. I'll get under it and spray some lithium grease on the bushes in the lower arms and it should resolve the problem.

  10. Replaced mine with parts from AliExpress, very pleased with them and they fit very well.
  11. Did anybody ever find out what caused this?
  12. Can anybody tell me what year the VRS stop having the red stitched flat bottomed steering wheel, with flappy paddles please.
  13. From memory on the front yes but on the rear no.
  14. I've changed all my discs and pads recently. I put drilled discs on the front and standard on the back with EBC greenstuff pads all round. I'm impressed with the results, it's like a big hand grabbing the car from behind and pulling it to a stop.
