Fabia vRS, 0-60 time?

Featured Replies

Hi,

What sort of time should a standard vRS get when doing a 0-60 run?

Parkers say 9.2 seconds but I think you could get it under this.

Many thanks,

Dan

Stock is around 8 seconds according to various tests. I've seen one or two that claimed 7.5.

Skoda definately understated it.

8.1 - 8.4 is the norm however some say 0-60 and others 0-62 so watch out for the bullshete!

Yeah i reckon your right. 8 secs seems possible if you get a good launch.

Have seen 0-62 is starting to be more used, can't remember the reason for it now. Thought it was a typo the first time i see it.

Can't get first gear right though. Friends got a long drive so it's good fun and legal

62mph = 100kph. Why would you need a long drive, its under the speed limit for most a & b roads and motorways.

Yup but get wheel spin quite a bit

A good re-map and a good launch should see 7.5 secs or just under (to 60)

With a remap i'd hope to god it does better than 7.5 to 60mph....
