  • Just incase anyone else can't quite understand, I'll spell it out. I'm teasing Emma, she knows I am, most people will realise this. I love the look of the car, it works very well

  • Right im going to go for the splitter from the Studie RS+ Octy, anyone know where i can get one other then Superskoda website?

I like it, looks very nice indeed!

White wheels do look good on a blue car. Blue is about the only colour that pulls this off.

Ride height looks good to me :-)

Oh I dunno, that doesn't look too bad.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder!

I had white 18" wheels on my 03-plate red subaru a few years ago, looked ace but were a nightmare to keep clean!

Could be worse!

as some one else said , lowering looks good , white wheels look good but not the style imo, as for keeping them clean fit ebc redstuff pads front and rear , this will dramatically reduce the brake dust and coat them with alloy wheel sealant, g-technic looks good stuff. or get craig to clean it for you every week!

you've probably been to the windmill showing it off have you!!!!

Thanks all for the comments, yeah she got plently of praise at the windmill tonight Furn! :) Craig has been told he is more them welcome to wash my car but he sadly turned down the offer..for now :p

Iv got Poorboys wheels sealent on atm, iv only washed them once (only been on since monday) and yes they are filthy already! :/

Handling has been completely transformed, obviously they were going to be better then OEM setup but it has honestly surprised me how good it is now, had a huge smile on my face all the way home last night and burnt lots of fuel! :)

Where this picture has been taken the car park is on a slight bank so it does look abit higher here then it actually is, driving behind boyfriends brother this evening and he has said it looks very low, which is what i like to hear!

What a refreshing idea - to mix blue with white rims! Very striking!

I think the issue with white is it being flat particularly in photo's, I should imagine it looks a lot better in the metal, nice work Emma.

How does comfort compare to OEM by the way? I really want to go down the coil over route but the ride quality does worry me.

I looked at that one but it was stupidly priced and of course the shipping as with everything from Superskoda was ridiculous so went for one off ebay. VRSCARL went for it as well once he'd seen it in the flesh so to speak.

I fixed it with PK's and didn't use the adhesive it comes with in case I wanted to remove it. I resisted painting it though - thought it would look too much. Be warned though - I reckon you are going to have all kinds of fun and games having the spoiler on with your ride height........

Could be worse!

Whats up with that combination then? I reckon gold looks great on a blue car??!!

Gold is good but gold is for the old and the insecure. Rovers and Scoobies.

With exceptions for tasteful jewellery, including body or face furniture.

Now where did I put my flameproofs.

Brimma's not going to like that comment! Bring on the JPS.

I want one for my MB Octy, should finish it off nicely. Just a shame they are SO expensive for what they are!

Yeah i cant believe how much they are asking for that splitter, whats it made out of?

Well originally i was going to go for the Seat Cupra splitter but it not going to even out enough i dont think, need something with more body.

Its not so much the ride height as most speed bumps ect round here it clears happily it more of the damping rate, i had the Anniversary Golf and that came with a splitter, loads higher then the Octy and that used to catch everywhere due to the suspension been so soft

For me it's the front end of that Scooby that causes issues! The gold and blue works well together

I like the Bug-eye Scooby!

Oh dear :bandit:

Yes, I know it's pretty much just me that likes it!

Emma, I tried to organise a group buy on this from SS, but other than myself, Harry and one other it fell through. Tbh, as much as I like it, I wasn't inspired with confidence when communicating with SS, when I asked them about fixing, they said they didn't supply glue as it may go funny due to the cold during transit??? WTF?!

If someone else can find an alternative supply, I'm in!

and me, by the way Lee, get some Koni fsd`s the ride is sublime, way better than oem and normal height
