Milltek's New Exhaust For The Fabia Vrs

Featured Replies

Guessing that's an average figure over all their system and not the exact figure for this car isn't it? If it is that's not a bad gain for the TSi

Just an average buddy.. i havn't looked at the gains from that specific one have a look on the website and see if the figures are on there be interesting to see what they expect to gain for £1100! i would never put that on mine just because it's unnessesary @ 210bhp but stage 2,3 id be looking at purchasing it although there is a company called blue-flame i think which have a good rep for quality performance exhausts at a resonable price

Do you get free ear muffs for the motorway ?

Miltek are usualy good at making a pitch that's low but not overpowering

You could get cat-back exhaust for £400 - £500 surely?

Was £300 fitted for my Milltek on my Ibiza FR but this was 4 years ago...

a cat back system maybe but include a sports cat and it's £1100 and ive never realy understood cat back systems just because it's the flow through the cat that makes the most difference keeping the same cat to me seems pointless 1. because if you'r planning to stage 3 the car then the standard cat isn't going to last and the engine will still not be able to breath properly and 2. because it woldnt last on long before it burnt out on a stage 2 which kind of contradicts the point of having an exhuast kit put on in the first place

And would you say they were worth the money?

JOhhny , do you have a after market exhaust on your vrs now or just standard?

Standard. I think it sounds nice enough with Revo Stage 1 and the ITG Maxogen.

Also, Rolls Royce quiet when cruising.

That's cool of P1TT8ULL to offer a test drive of his modded car.

Prices for the Milltek:

"The turbo-back system has an RRP of £1094.25 excluding VAT. It can also be ordered as a ‘cat-back’ only for just £495.43 + VAT."

I'm glad i didn't pay 1300 quid for it. :)

It's ardandy had the same username on t'internet for 15 years on various forums. Babestation eh? Can't remember that one!

Kinda off the subject, are those the standard mudflaps from skoda ? They look to be really short ? I'm looking for a set and if they come like that think I'll have to get some. Tried looking through pics of members cars on the vrs list but can't really make them out ! Thanks.

No their not standard skoda ones. Got them from a member on here. I want some bigger ones though.

Was using pipex. I believe they started in1991.

I work in IT and was a geek in teenage years. Remember IRC? That's where my name was born as when I was that age I was 'well ard'!
